Return and Refund Policy
Pre Order Purchases
All pre-order sales are final. Since your copy is reserved and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds once a pre-order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the damaged copy at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, reach out within 7 days and we will send the correct item and provide return instructions if needed.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns based on personal preferences such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with content.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders that cannot be fulfilled, or in cases where a replacement cannot be provided for damage or fulfillment errors.
